
Taking care of your wellbeing
We take a holistic approach to supporting young people’s mental health and wellbeing. Through our groups and workshops, we create safe, positive spaces where young people can build confidence, learn coping skills, and take care of their mental health. For those who need a little extra support, we also offer 1:1 mentoring and therapy, providing tailored help to boost resilience, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing.

Mentoring
Mentoring provides a safe space for you to talk about difficulties, identify positive changes that you want to make and give you the support you need to achieve your goals. It can help to reduce anxiety and improve confidence, motivation and self esteem. Mentoring sessions can be offered on a group or individual basis, weekly or fortnightly.

Therapy
Therapy is a safe space to talk, share how you feel, and get support with things that might be worrying you. Our therapists use a person-centred, integrative approach, which means they listen to you, treat you with respect, and work in a way that suits your needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all — therapy can include talking, creative activities, or tools to help you cope with your feelings. It’s your space to feel heard, build confidence, and learn ways to look after your mental health.
