Mentoring

Mentoring provides a safe space for you to talk about difficulties, identify positive changes that you want to make and give you the support you need to achieve your goals.  It can help to reduce anxiety and improve confidence, motivation and self esteem.  Mentoring sessions can be offered on a group or individual basis, weekly or fortnightly.  

Sessions are charged for the hour.  Reduced cost and funded sessions are available in some circumstances.  Places are limited so please get in touch to find out more
